Throttlestop settings

what throttlestop settings can i change so that i don't have to disable turbo and maintain a decent temp when just using/gaming on it. also is there like a full guideline of what each setting does in throttlestop, tried finding one and had no luck. didn't post any screenshots but will do if it's needed to help my situation.
