TIm help and what paste does MSI use for there 290 gaming twin frozr iv gpu?

Update: I've pulled both cards apart and checked the spread. Both were over over spread.

I cleaned and re-applied a smaller amount of TIM and found that less MX4 = worse temps.

I pulled the GPU apart again, cleaned it, and re-applied the Tim towards the heavier side.

About the size of half the size of frozen pea to the die and the Results = better cooling + faster cooling when the fans are ramped up.
