tiny heatsinks are falling from my video card.

can I just use any superglue to reglue it? putting them back into the memory module from whatever glue is there will hold it only for a couple days, I need a permanente fix but I don't want to clean it or use new tiny heatsinks.

No, you can not. The superglue might actually damage the memory ICs.
You can't just use random glue dude... :kookoo:

The heat from the graphics card is most likely drying out the glue you're using and this is why your heatsinks are dropping off.

Get some rubbing alcohol and clean the memory ICs and the heatsinks off all residue, before applying a thermal adhesive as per above.

Or buy some new heatsinks, those things are like $7 for a full set with adhesive.

I'd suggest thermal tape over glue in this case though, a whole sheet will set you back $3.15. Easier to work with than glue.

I have this problem on my gpu hd5770. the heatsinks been coming off at a rate of 1 per year and I'm worry. check photo I think these are all the heatsinks that are off I will have to reglue them soon. Should I use the same heatsinks if so what glue should I buy? can I use just use dollar store...

you sure it doesn't need them? I'm always worried they'll burn if I run grid racer on it for too long like 2 hours a day. I remember the gpu reached 104c easily.

pretty sure nothing will happen to them, memory chips don't tend to heat up as much as the GPU itself.
Had mine for about 6 years with no memory cooling whatsoever (apart from the ones that get airflow from the fan), and nothing happened to it.

What kind of vacum would you recomend? I don't dust it off cause the dust falls on the ground and I don't have access to broom it cause is tight!
