Catch this thief red handed, and do not allow him any opportunity to make with your money and split. Filed a PayPal complaint yesterday, demanded either tracking or refund within 24 hours with legal action being the alternative. Just got a tracking number for a 9lb package (I ordered the laptop and Crysis). Tracking number shows the package as having been sent last Tuesday from Bakersfield CA. Scheduled arrival is Monday.
