My bank is still working on him. I noticed that PayPal has opened another claim against him working with my bank. Unfortunately I've heard nothing from the FBI regarding this guy. Thing is, I assume the FBI would take a long time and amass as much against this guy as possible before going after him. If you're going to take someone down, might as well do it BIG TIME! This is going to take a while. The only thing we can do as buyers is be vigilant, get as much info from people before you buy, and don't immediately jump on something that may be too good to be true. If you have bought something from this guy, got ripped off and haven't done anything about it. Do something!

Well, the things is that he isn't the only scamming SOB out there, so I would imagine that it would take some time. Also, it seems that they may just see him as a low-life, low level scammer at that. He may not even be worth their time. They might just hand it over to BPD.

That doesn't really work in this situation. This guy's in way to deep for a simple give all your stuff back type deal.
I just emailed erocker more info on kashif casteel. It should definitely narrow it down a lot for someone that is on the board here that lives in or close to Bakersfield to do a little investigating on their own to see if he lives at the address I gave to erocker so that you guys that were scammed by him can get some retribution.
