Toshiba Qosmio G25-AV513 Laptop with Geforce Go 6600 with 128mm RAM

I have Toshiba Qosmio G25-AV513 Laptop with Geforce Go 6600 with 128mm RAM, due to some reason the BIOS of of graphics card is changed. Does anybody has the original BIOS of the graphics card???

Laptop: Toshiba Qosmio G25-AV513
Card Name: NVIDIA GeForce Go 6600
BIOS Version of VGA card: 5.43.02.49.D1
Memory Size: 128 MB

Please give me link to download the BIOS.
