why?
gift cards have code on them. open the card and send the code to the winner via pm or email. winner paste the code in his/her steam account.
no need physical card to be transferred.

These cannot be converted between currencies. So if we send you USD and your Steam account is in EUR, AUD or any other currency, the code will be useless.

The big three, Steam, GOG & Epic should be manageable, wouldn't it? Only you know that. This selection gives access to 99% of all the games for PC. However, I would be happy with whatever is offered.

I just prefer GOG, everyone who knows me knows this.

Imho Steam is the best way....

Unless there are some regional f*** up. I've bought a Google voucher recently on amazon.de... I have a dud now as it is region locked... I could not imagine that within EU we would have that and I cannot redeem a German voucher...

Yeah this is terrible, especially nowadays where everything is supposed to be global. That's why I think Paypal fallback might be an option for such cases

Global, sure, for the big players, us puny folk have to live with draconian restrictions on most things. But at least we have nice communities like TPU

How about a move towards more 'community' effort?

All these rewards are for individuals. Have we considered going for community goals instead and have pools of contributors?

Sonething to inspire not just the individual know-it-all but for them to share and elevate those around them. In the end most forum activity is sharing knowledge and insights. It also gives purpose to power users versus those who bring equally useful but much less stuff to the table. Stimulate collaberation. Get people together in positive environments.

Hi,
I've never bought a game through steam only one benchmark for 4.99
I do not have a balance in my steam wallet so can't add friends is that a funny steam restriction or what lol

The games I do have were free from new gpu purchases
I use single player anyway when and if I play my games which I have not in a long time only 3dmark/.. on occasions.
You might consider sending a wallet code about all I can use and even then maybe seeing steam may have some other silly restriction popup lol

I also don't have a paypal account anymore for other reasons.

But thank you at least you went random draw.

I opted out as soon as it was possible to, however it seems to have removed myself from the past week too (not that I'd care, I wanted to opt-out since the beginning - but it wasn't possible yet), which has already concluded: https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/rewards/?campaign=21W32

However, there may be people who are willingly opting out for only select weeks, and in any case accurate information as to who had been eligible for the draw would be useful. Ie, once a draw finalises and outputs a list of winners, it should also snapshot the participants opt-in value and not use their current opt-out value.

Steam wallet code automatically converted to your currency. I redeemed US, UK and even some very exoctic (maybe Phillipines) wallet code and automatically converted to EUR in my region.

Yeah I think you can't make friends until you've had $5 or $10 in your account
