TPU Forums upgrade

The TPU logo has been replaced by the generic vBulletin logo on tabs.

The TPU logo is there for me. Perhaps you need to clear the cache?

Report a pm button there in place as well.

I cant see it either panther. I have clear all cache, cookies, and history still nothing. also tried on 2 other browsers all showing the same thing

The thumbnail icon on the web browser's is different, not really an issue at all, just that it was easier to click on a TPU tab when it was the red power icon, it stood out, made thing's that little bit easier in my case.

Sorry for having a little nag about it, maybe I'll feel better about it now though :laugh:

yes thats the favicon .. it has been restored but due to caching will take a day or so to refresh

still have the vbulletin logo in my tab and url bar on the forums, works on main page though

i am not sure if this is related to the upgrade or not but this is the first time i have noticed this. the homepage does not display correctly when displayed in medium or large format using the size button in the top right. i am using the latest firefox.

edit: i noticed if i decease the length of the browser window it will show the right bar but the right bar disappears if i increase the lenghth.

here is how it looks in the small format view which is correct.

here is how it looks in the medium format view which cuts off the right side some how.

and here is how it looks in the large format view which does not show the right bar at all.

Chrome and IE both display correctly. Is it just in FireFox for you?

no idea when ie updates the favicon cache

I'm using Firefox 3.6.7 and its always been the same icon.
Even the day you updated the forums, it still showed me the red TPU logo. That was when i was using 3.6.5. TBH i've never seen the vBulletin icon appear once on TPU. :confused:

the wrong icon was only up for a few hours .. your browser almost never refreshes it, so yours probably didnt in the short timeframe the wrong icon was up
