really slow to load today. i was just looking across my living room , wondering why there was a white screen on my Monitor, and it was TPU, atleast i found out it was TPU , once it finished loading. mostly its just been a few seconds or so to load today, but once in a while, really slow as in closer to 10 seconds. normally it is faster than i could type "faster"

not a huge issue for me, but just in the spirit of fwiw is all

So after the migration I have lost the ability to see any information on who was wonderful enough to give me infractions, it has been a while, but was looking something else up when I came across the error. It happens from the warnings page when selecting any of the infractions.

Oh and it looks like something went south with the WCG badge?

I almost entirely browse either the recent thread forums section ,or the threads within. It doesn't seem to be happening right now so maybe it was just a temporary thing.

I don't believe this has to due with your update, but what I believe maybe a Java script issues (in whole or in part). I use Opera Classic (yes, it's a older browser). The options & UI is superior to what is available now including Opera's current version which is another Chrome dome/Firefox clone.

What is happening; the pages constantly bounce up and down when I try to scroll down to the bottom of the page. This makes it almost impossible to post a reply since when I get there, the page usually jumps back to the top or at least the middle of the page. Also, it takes many clicks to activate the cursor in the reply box to type.

If I turn off JS it helps somewhat, but that causes other issues. This is one of the worst sites regarding this probelm. What is being changed where it wasn't a problem before, but now it is? I would say well less than 10% of websites have problems such as this with forums being most noticeable.

The answer is in your question: you're running an out of date web browser. I get that you like that version for whatever reason, but eventually it just becomes untenable to stay with older software and hardware. You just gotta update. :ohwell:

Look, in my case, I loved the wow-factor Windows Vista interface and the OS was quite good by the time that SP2 was released. However, I eventually had to leave it behind when W7 was released and again with W10 even though I like the W7 Aero interface a lot more.

TPU works perfectly for me on desktop and mobile (app and browser). I use Firefox on the desktop.

I'm unable to post anything on my desktop. The pages just keep reloading and reloading unendingly and the post option box at the bottom never fills in ,it stays blank. I'm also unable to insert images, I just keep getting a "please contact administrator" message , iphone & win10 both f'd. I was able to use the insert image function when I uploaded it from my device directly, but inserting a link was unsuccessful.

Question with regards to post edits: Members don't get informed of post edits when following a thread. Doubled posts are now combined which is an edit of sorts, so why do forum followers not get notice of post edits? Is this something that can be fixed?

I am very much opposed to you editing your first post. Why? Because thread and forum followers don't get notice of post edits. Therefore, it is much better to simply add a new post to the thread.

The only time you should go back and edit a post is (1) if no one has replied yet, or (2), it does not change the context of the post.

So that's my reason for asking with the new xenForo 2 switch.
