I'll try and push mine to 5GHz for a day, temps permitting.

3.3 to 5.0 GHz will triple your 100-110 W or there about. Do we get a feed back? The points per job is public as you know. Your baseline is 135 for a 3 hour job. @phill is of course right and I know that you know but as an experiment it’s useful.

So +300 at the wall. I noticed that you didn’t do a CPU bench but these WUs don’t scale linear with benched GFLOS so it really doesn’t matter that much. @xemulated@ welcome to our small team.

le:As the morning came, I do check on the crunchers status and its still taking a little over 3 hours per task to complete, so a bottleneck appears .
Backed it to the rough previous setting, in the ballpark, till a reboot to do it from the BIOS.

For some reason new addition of Rosetta to BOINC Manager defaults to 3 hour, not the 8 as when I began. Anyway it’s about the amount of work you do in the 3 hours. At your eco-setting you got 135 points for the three hours, with your 5 GHz setting you got around 190 in average. If you want two hour runtime then change it in Your account/Rosetta@home preferences.

Well there we go everyone, great work from our three stoners and again, welcome to our newest member @xemulated@ !! And you've hit your first milestone as well, awesome stuff!! It seems we are now at our biggest size since I've been reporting Rosetta, great to have everyone on board!! Our 10 member team is putting a few other teams to shame I'm sure!!

12th place for a daily contribution, not bad at all everyone!! I hope we can keep it up we are after all, a very new team to Rosetta, its not like we've had many members at all contributing with us and what with the work situation as well, its not been the best either... Hopefully, that'll all change
I think we've still enough work units to help with pushing us forward but as its a long winding road ahead, I'm very happy with slow, constant and steady

Please keep up the amazing work everyone, with that said, hopefully get to see you all again tomorrow for another great update!!

Great work everyone!! I hope everyone is doing well and is OK?? Congrats to our stoners today, some lovely to see members hitting some great milestones there!! I am very grateful for the extra effort putting into Rosetta since WCG has been closed down for coming up a month now, hopefully there'll be another update soon saying that things are in motion when it comes to the dishing out of some new work Seems like they have a lot to dish out, so I hope that they can dish it out as fast as everyone tries to pull it down!

That's how Rosetta has been for a few months now. They will have work for a few days, then dry up for a while.
I'm down to my last 4 work units and then I'm out of work also.

As most seem to have noticed and commented about, there's a bit of a stop with Rosetta jobs which kinda sucks for us as we have been doing so well of late with our massive contributions so here's hoping that when they release a few more jobs, we'll be getting back to were we where

Awesome work from you all these last few weeks with our Rosetta Team, we have massively pushed the team onwards Well best get myself some sleep, hopefully going to get my eldest in the morning so best rest up for a 3 hour drive

I managed to pick up 16 re-sends between the two machines I have on Rosetta. 4 on my quad core, 12 on my I-7.
