a friend has a XFX 7900gs OC edition and I ask him to trade his card with my eVGA 8600gts. I heard that the 7900gs can OC like hell, almost achieving the GT speeds and also are better than the 8600gts but I don't know for sure.
The trade will be directly, here in Mexico even the older models like the 7900gs costs 200 bucks like the 8600gts.
So what do you think....still worth it????
What boost I'll see on the 7900gs over my 8600gts???
I don't care the directx 10 feature, I'm running Vista and Gears of War runs very slow at medium settings on my 19" wide LCD.
Thanx for the advices.
