Transparent square in games like Detroit Become Human, RDR 2, and Rust

In the games mentioned in the title, a somewhat annoying transparent square sometimes appears that is quite noticeable in dark scenes.

I leave a reference photo (it is not the same, but the size is like that)

Does anyone know why this happens to me?

I got to say that's one of the most bizarre issues I've ever seen.

Only thing I can think of is that there must some program running that has an overlay.

I see the little dot in some games too, like that second picture. I have noticed it in the same games (Rust and RDR2) as you. I thought it was some sort of cursor because it seems to be always in the center of where I'm looking. The strange thing is, it's usually quite hard to see and I only notice it from time to time. The first couple of times I thought it was a mark on my screen until I moved the mouse and it moved too.

Looks like a centering cursor

I think it is due to the Vulkan graphics engine, the games that do not occupy Vulkan do not see that
