Hello everybody. Please, excuse my english, because I´m not use to. I have a big problem with my OS. I have updated my Windows 10 1903 and now I have 1909, 18363.449. I´m not sure if this is related to my problem, but anyway... My problem is I can not entered My PC, "Manage". When I try this, this is what I recive (Image attached). Anybody have an idea how to solve the problem. I am using my local Admin account. I wait for some answers, please...

Also in future. Whenever Microsoft chooses to roll out a big update. get windows 10 updates to delay updates by a month before you update otherwise you will run into problems. It will save you many headaches

Google translate:

The interesting thing is that it is saying mmc.exe publisher is unknown, obviously it should be Microsoft not unknown. I'd probably start with running a sfc to see if something has messed with the system files like mmc.exe.

That's nice, but it isn't really fixing is problem. Logging in as the administrator account every time he wants to run Computer Management isn't really usable.

This pretty much, but the causation is generally because the root cert updates MS pushes like every week probably not accepting properly or even getting done. Whats more eye roll worthy is that this is sometimes caused by people shutting off updates or forcing comm problems with third party software that takes more private info from you then MS does with the diag telemetry.

We wont even mention that this isnt even limited to Windows 10, this affects every OS since like 7.

Why would you want to manage trusted root certificates?

As mentioned I'd start with sfc /scannow.
I´m starting sfc/scannow now... I´ll let you all know...

So far, so good...

SFC scannow.JPG

Here, I got two results:

and (I was also installing IDM v6.35 Build 10 from (Filehorse))
and...

So, I´m dealing with it now...

Your one cumulative update behind for 1909. Your Windows 10 build number would be 18363.476. Probably want to hold off though until your ready.

Hmm okay I updated to 1909 yesterday and I got no problems what so ever, but I seen something at work with some Lenovo machines (Desktop and Laptops) where Windows 10 things it needs to open all applications in Windows store this get fixed by a windows update and a reboot.

I updated to version 1909 in hope of Microsoft has fixed the bug where you cannot use search in the starts menu.
