There are plenty of internet sites containing detailed information about various processors, and yet all of them lack a crucial part of information - what is the maximum turbo frequency on all cores of CPU? Not even cpu-world has info about it in their databases. Do you know of any site that has info about this?

Intel used to provide Turbo tables that detailed max turbo bins for any x amount of cores active, but stopped doing so around 8th gen I think. On Intel nowadays you can still see max turbo on Ark at least for 12th and 13th gen: actually, not true

On AMD there is no such thing as a fixed max all core turbo. Precision Boost is managed differently and freq and power depend heavily on the type of load (even if it's still all-core). Theoretically if temp/current/watts were all removed as limiting factors then Fmax/global freq ceiling would be the only sort of "max all core turbo" limit, which would mean ST and MT boost could hit the same speed. At stock, CPUs with a low Fmax (5600, 5600G) should be able to relatively easily hit their Fmax on lighter loads, regardless of # of cores active. Gets much harder to do with higher Fmax and higher core count.

If you want an authoritative source then you can just refer to the TPU review's frequency validation graph for any given CPU ("Overclocking, Boost and Clock Frequencies" page). Yes, AMD's PB means there's not a set number and silicon quality means significant variances in boost clock on Ryzen, but you can still get a general idea of where all-core lands, especially for CPUs that are less dynamic in their clockspeeds (ie. Intel, 5800X3D).

As for Fmax itself, for most Zen 2 and later CPUs it's set 50-150MHz above AMD's rated boost speed, depends on SKU.

He want's to know the max turbo bins for all cores, intel's site doesn't mention that.

Yes, which is why I edited it afterwards. Intel and AMD have both moved away from promised clocks, but Intel is still not so granular, so you can still easily find the info on TPU reviews.

It's 2023, it's not productive to still be thinking about boost like it's Haswell.

As stated by tabascosauzm, Wikichip only shows max all core turbo of older generation CPU. You can find all core turbo info for Core i7 8700K, but not for Core i9 9900K.

For Intel I always just google the CPU and I get a link to the CPU data sheet, like this for example .........

This is just a lazy reply. Everyone can google, even I.

so you can still easily find the info on TPU reviews.

Only for well covered releases, not for every CPU. In my case of Core i9 9960X TPU only has basic info, like this:

However i did stumble on a particular site, which mentions the all core turbo of my CPU:

Except that it is actually 4.0 GHz from it's default behavior in my system, not 4.1 GHz, and that is with TPD in excess of 255 W on Cinebench R23, not default 165 W.

Which CPUs? For Intel, I use the mobile app called CPU-L. On AMD, there's no such thing as max all-core turbo.

How much does that 16c-32t i9 9960x do in CB R23 multi?
Didn't find the exact 9960X result but considering they are exactly the same arch... My calculations are <1000 pts away from the truth. I calculated for a 4 GHz i9-9960X.

At the default 4.0 GHz all core turbo (255 W TDP) the score is around 21500 points.
