Turning off pc mouse and keyboard light still on????

I have bouth EVGA 122-CK-NF63-TR LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

now my problem is when i shut down my pc the motherbaord light on newlock and my optical mopuse light are bouth still lit on. Note bouth are on ps2 ports dont plan on going usb. how do i fix that?

You may need to enable USB support in BIOS. Try pressing the space bar after shut down. Might need to update motherboard or Keyboard drivers.

What model is the Keyboard/mouse?

Could also be keyboard/mouse drivers, and some motherboards have a jumper on them to disable power to USB when OFF.
