Before I moved to this rig, they worked after I messed around with my audio drivers a lot to get them to work. Now, no matter what I do, I can't seem to get them to work. Any help is appreciated, I'm really bad with audio stuff so I don't even know where to start. Turtlebeach X12s won't work when plugged in, no matter what I've tried.

Kill all audio drivers and start with a clean install of the drivers. You may have to install them as a generic USB audio device, they look like a older set
Verify they show up in device manager, maybe try a different port
