TV out capable video card?

I would like to know how one would go about connecting a computer to a TV via composite RGB cables. Something like this...

Everything I have read about connecting to a TV with such a cable says that the gpu has to be 'TV out' enabled.

So I guess my question would be: which graphics cards can I connect to a TV to via ^that^ cable?

Reason I ask is that my plasma doesnt have HDMI in and VGA in doesnt work very well.

The last cards to support that feature were the GTX 200 or HD 4000 cards. Everything since then has had HDMI or DP.
