  1. Buy a fan controller
  2. Plug fans into fan controller
  3. Control fans
(remember to buy a fan controller with the sockets your fan uses)

That's a logical answer:D
If that would be so easy I wouldn't be here asking
(Joke)
First of all i have fan control
The problem here it's a little be bigger, those fans can't be just plug it to a fan control and problems solved,
No it doesn't work that way, the typhoon 5000rpm are fans with fixed rpm, so what I mean they have to be modify
If you want to use it with a fan control..

I don't think you can modify those.

Yes those can be modified

Great fans but too loud, 5000 rpm all the time will kill my ears

If you have a 9v or a 6v adapter/power supply you can use try running the fan at different voltages. I have used electric train power supplies to run fans, you just need to make sure you don't exceed current ratings when doing this.

IF you have the time you could make your own PWM voltage regulator.

Can you not buy a fan controller with molex ports? the majority of fan controllers are not pwm like motherboards but instead they're just usually just potentiometers

Main problem with those is they can't handle the current requirements of these fans.

As I wrote above they can be modified and i posted a youtube link where there's a guy showing how to do it but I don't speak English that we'll and i don't really understand that much what he says

Main problem with the way the video shows it is that most 3 pin fan controllers can't handle the 1.5A necesary to power such a fan. If you do it like that you will need to be very careful about what fan controller you use.

The overclockers.com article with the 4 pin is probably the best way to do it, as you are still drawing the power from the molex connector to stay away from any current restrictions and you are able to use full PWM control of the fan to take advantage of the 4 pin headers on your motherboard.

I have a powerful fan controller that can handle those fans
