Heh, I suppose you really had nothing to lose in the first place, however, I paid for the titles I am having issues with.
I could have received a refund, but I'll give 'em a chance to fix it first, becasue otherwise, everyone else may be faced with the same problem.
It actually gave me a good laugh. When I explained the problem, the agent was speechless for a moment. Then I could tell he thought maybe it was my error...but a simple screenshot showing that I wasn't off my rocker was all that was needed for them to look into it.
