Video Card(s) MSI Twin Frozr II GTX470 @ Stock w/CPU fan cable-tied on, as one of the GPU fans broke.

Hi all. I'm just able to receive some new hardware (Thanks MilkyWay!) but I'm in need of a cooler for the CPU.
Budget = As cheap as possible
Specifics = None, even stock cooler will do
Heatware = Here
