Its for my old man. He's running an Intel HD4600 on his machine. Might have been OK when we first built the machine probably around 2014-2016 but its starting to show its age and he's getting a annoyed at his CPU constantly being pegged at 90-100% when watching youtube.
Im primarily looking for an LP/ITX GPu that supports modern codecs like HVEC, AVC and VP-9. Larger cards may be considered if the price is right.
If any of you have any of them extra special Intel Arc's that you dont want anymore send me a PM with your price.
Not looking to spend big money on it (in all honestly, the least amount of money as possible - Dont blame me. Its my dad who is extremely tight with money)
I do ask for your patience as It could be a slow negotiation process as any offers received has to be submitted for extreme scrutiny and multiple waterboardings, meaning he'll basically count every hair he has left on his head before reaching a decision - I am sorry but this is just how old Asian people do.
