It's already known that Corsair's upcoming i7 Dominator RAM has boasted frequencies of 2000 MHZ while keeping 7-8-7-20 timings. This has been made possible from use of the new IC from elpida, the "Elpida MNH-E Hyper". Unfortunately, (as they always do), Corsair is charging a premium for these sticks, and a 3x2 kit will run you USD $579.99. Although it's a safe assumption that all marketed 2Ghz cas 7 Ram will use these, it was confirmed that Kingston is using the same chip, and is listed on the egg for much cheaper . There is also :

I think it's a mistake in pricing error. Going to ask for an auto notify just to be sure, but really everywhere else that has them in stock is asking $500+
