Ultra X4 PSU's

I just saw this video on YouTube and wondered if anyone knows anything about Ultra PSUs.

Just fill me in if Ultra PSU's are normally crap or worth while becasue I have a client that showed me this vid and wants one...I need to tell him if it is shit.

A few years ago "crap" was putting it nicely for Ultra PSs...Now I hear more are happy (looks like they have a better mfg.)
But honestly with all the other very good brands unless an Ultra one was a LOT less $ I would go with something else.
