Um my auzen soundcard shows up for windows 8 but the disk doesnt work. Same for windows to except windows doesnt even see a pci device?

Im getting pissed man its pcie, im saying its not even in device manager no device is listed when I take it out and put it back in, its in the correct spot, my windows 8 finds it. Windows 10 is blocking me from using my soundcard that I spent about 300 on.

thx solar, but ive looked on youtube, and people get their card to popup on windows 10, mine doesn't want to even do that, its 100% working

There should be a unknown device section.

But there isnt?!? There should also be a popup when I first started windows saying it found a new device but it didn't show that

Did you open up the sound, video game controller section in Device Manager to see if your sound card is listed?
It's possible it won't show up as an error if a Windows default driver is assigned to it.

There are a dozen of Auzen cards, different architectures... What auzen card it is? The OP spent 300 on a card he doesn't care to name properly.

honestly the oem disk doesnt work properly, first thing I tried. says this device cant be used, when launching any creative software.

i think its a updates thing with windows to I'm going to reset my PC to stock updates, I think it breaks the card?

How long is the PCIe extension cable, why external like that. Why not just buy an external soundcard?

Don't even try using the stock drivers. Those are dead.

Use driver from here, those are the only ones that should work, but not flawlessly.
