I have an RX580, an MSI B360m motherboard, and I can't enter UEFI mode, only CSM. I've tried everything and nothing works. Could someone help me?

I've tried everything
Without knowing what you have done, we cannot properly help you since you have tried everything!
Please tell us what you have done before making this thread.

Does the graphics card have the original bios? Did you buy the graphics card new or is the card used?
Is it an ex mining card?

uefi/csm is for boot, and your install needs to be prepped for this.
did you use rufus to make a usb stick, or you're installing from OD?

rufus

Update the BIOS?
