I have a b550 aours pro, 5800 x3d, and a Kraken x53 and for some reason, it is overheating and underperforming I have replaced the cooler and tried everything but nothing is working am so tired of this man 13493cinnbench score and 91c underload

no I havent anything but this is normal?Not by much and only MT performance is a bit low'ish say 5-8%. 1.28Vcore is on the high side.
Have you tweaked any voltage , power , current setting that led to this result?
le: Have you run the benchmark with little to no background apps running, no monitoring software.

Thank you for replying turns out my cooler wasn't tight enough but now I get slightly better performance14000ish in r 23 but how did you get over 15000? it makes it look like my cpu is bad@Ahmed1356 Under any other circumstance it would not be uncommon and ok for the motherboard to overvolt a bit, not with the x3d variant being a peculiar one/stand out if you will.
Tweaking a Ryzen 7 5800x3d for me has been : I can make the cake but not eat it. It's the extra ''spacer/insulator'' added over the CCX, to equal the extra cache and its ''insulator'' on top, that acts also as a thermal insulator to some degree[the one over the CCX ( CCX ~ where the cpu cores are in this CPU arch. )]
If one would couple all the following:
a) the peculiar intricacies of the 1st Gen Ryzen x3d;
b) the motherboard overvotling by a bit more than necessary ;
c) cpu cooler not quite in the 99% ballpark range of beeing properly fitted(also speak for myself in this case);
d) cpu cooler suboptimal for such a cpu;
I've run on loop of CB23 , with HWiNFO64 on top: ~23^Celsius at start was the ambient temperature.

Thank you for replying turns out my cooler wasn't tight enough but now I get slightly better performance 14000ish in r 23Check your cooler, is one of the tubes on the pump warmer than the other?
I am using a kraken x 53 240 aioWhat cooler are you using? I've not used a 5800X3D before, but my experience with the 5800X tells me that you need to tweak the power limits (PPT/EDC/TDC values) to make a drastic difference in temp. I was using the 5800X with an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360, and it was hitting mid 80s degree Celsius with an ambient of about 27 degree Celsius. Dropping the lower limit dropped performance by 3 to 5%, while dropping temps by 10 degrees. There is too much power for a small chiplet and the small chiplet is not able to transfer the heat to the heatsink fast enough. It is a good chip, but some small tweaks will be required to make it run optimally.
