Welcome. Your i5 CPU will restrict your GPU compared to the top of the leader board, but it does seem you might have a problem somewhere with the system. Create a new thread in the General Hardware section. Give details of your system components and outline the performance problem you are experiencing.

A base model XFX RX 7800 XT SWIFT 210 with 2 fans... Undervolted to 1055mV,+15 power limit, max boost clock set to 3000, meory OCd to 2564mhz with fast timings. The temps are actually pretty decent too which is surprising

That's another story , +8.5% over nvidia app auto OC, and 1.53x more than my best result on 4070ti super.

Yes, but I'm gaining performance at +2000. At +1000 score is a little over 20k

Tdp desse modelo da MSI 6650 XT MECH 2X OC foi configurado para 150w, aumentei para 176w (que e o padrao desse Chip) através do More Power Tool... Boost 3000Mhz Core 2300 Memory, Undervolt para 1150mV... sair de 5500 pontos para 6084, de alguma forma no windows 10 consigo 6148 pontos, ja no 11 nao consigo pasar de 6100 no 1080P Extreme.

Tdp of this model of MSI 6650 XT MECH 2X OC was configured to 150w, I increased it to 176w (which is the standard of this Chip) through the More Power Tool... Boost 3000Mhz Core 2300 Memory, Undervolt to 1150mV... go from 5500 points to 6084, somehow in Windows 10 I get 6148 points, in 11 I can't go from 6100 in 1080P Extreme.
