I have not tried it but it has been tried at XS (infrared knows about this)

If you download that PDF and read Page 23 is says

Bsel2 Bsel1 Bsel0

L L L 266 FSB
L H L 200 FSB

and on page 44 is the placement for those pins...

Any clue where I would search for one of those? I can find info on how to do things but I'm clueless as to actually do something

and um I'm looking for the conductive pen...

I broke off a pin to force my CPU's to run at 133Mhz, and from there I OCed to 160. Insulation works too though.

Check here to get a global idea.
