Can anyone tell me if https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/212615/212615 is a valid file that I can use to update my bios? It's the only one I've found that matches both the device ID and subsystem ID.

Yeah, this is safe, I've marked it as verified. There's a total of 4 BIOSes for this ID combination, click the "Find Compatible BIOS" button on the bottom right of the page, to see two, and then also switch to "unverified", to see two more.
