Much easier and quicker than trying to get a hold of one of AMD's kits: go to a computer store near you and ask them to do it for you, or order a cheap supported CPU from somewhere with a good return policy, use it to update your BIOS, and return it. IMO the former option is by far the preferable one, even if it's the slightly more expensive one.unfortunetly my old cpu is sold before update bios
i was think old bios will recognize new cpu
any other option?

I took my board to a local shop and $25 later I had a working board.Much easier and quicker than trying to get a hold of one of AMD's kits: go to a computer store near you and ask them to do it for you, or order a cheap supported CPU from somewhere with a good return policy, use it to update your BIOS, and return it.
