I would wait for fermi... thats what im doin :p
Besides, i think 40fps is low for a gtx260 in mw2...
with my system, and a gts250, i have atleast 60fps in the crowded areas, and usually its around 100fps+... but as i said, dont buy ati, dont buy a better nvidia card, wait for fermi :) thats my opinions...

It'll suck if Fermi ends up being overpriced then and not up to they hype then. I do agree, he should be getting better FPS with his current system. Perhaps it's time to do a Windows reinstall.
