I am upgrading my 9800 Pro 256 mb. I want a new card that can provide a noticeable jump from my 9800 Pro. I am still on AGP, so no new cards. Here are choices I have considered:
1. X1600Pro - 256mb - Only $106 after rebate.

2. Nvidia 6800 - $140 after rebate. I can't find many of these cards, and when I do they are cheap brands. IE:

3. X800 GTO - $151 after rebate.

Notes:
I don't care about having HDR/ SM 3.
I would also like to know if any of the above cards can be unlocked. I hear the 6800 overclocks to insane values.
Please mention any other cards that meet the requirements. Thanks for any suggestions.
