upgrading low cost

ive just sold my current cpu, mobo and ram for £105 now i looking at getting a x4 setup

been looking at ebay and it seems cpu go for more then they are new think people like bidding!but the mobos can be a bargin

im stuf between which one of these cpus to get

i may now have to get teh q8200 now is it still worth me getting a p45 mobo? as the overclock is going to be limited to about 3ghz and i could prob do that on a p35 am i right or wrong?

Q8x00 series arent worth it, so little cache.

I would choose an AMD quad over an intel quad less than a Q9450
