Upgrading to Z77-DS3H with 3770K

Hi

Can anyone see any issues with the above? Or recommend a better motherboard for £75 ($120)?

Just off the top of my head looking at that board it's a little light on the Power Phases and is lacking in the cooling for the ones it has. Not great for your 3770K unlocked CPU.

THIS one looks a little beefier for the same money. At least it has some cooling on the power phases.
