This is a horrible second post. The way the sentence is structured makes me cross eyed. Please use proper English and punctuation.

From what I can make out, your UPS battery is dieing.

it is hard to read, but i think as brandon said the battery is dying/dead. he said the
ups gives a long beep and no led, and the computer shuts off. that to me is either
the battery or the circuit board itself. either way not cheap.

1) How old is the UPS? Given that older/cheaper ones use lead-acid battery cells they do have a time that they will die.
2) Is this a problem when the power goes out, and the UPS has to provide electricity? Is this a problem when hooked directly into the wall? When does it occur?
3) Model # for your unit? The Intex website lists the reason that the unit would be blinking, but without a model number we can't really help without suggesting that the UPS is dead and should be replaced.

I agree. From what I understood its two things.

1. Your battery maybe dieing.
2. Your UPS is overloaded when under DC power. Unplug a few things and see if that fixes the issue.

Thats WAY to close man. You need a bigger UPS. A UPS will be rated at 350w but over time the DC power "degrades". Batteries dont last forever ya know?
