Can someone tell me how much of an impact USB 3.0 will have? I dont know the difference between 1.1 and 2.0...so what will 3.0 bring to us?

PCI is limited to 133 MB/s, so there's no point. Maybe a PCI-E USB 3 adapter.

Approx. 5GB/s and it is also backwards compatible with USB 1.1 and 2.0. USB 1.1 has a data transfer of about 1.5MB/s and USB 2.0 has about 480MB/s.

    Irish_PXzyan says thanks.
