Still what you see under P95 or any other 100% load is not constant voltage or frequency. It fluctuates at least x50/sec to unknown values and no software can catch that.If he wants to find the fitness voltage for static OC, PBO enabled all else defaulted, run Prime95 small fft unchecked. Let the temps stabilize and witness the v-core at that time. That is the fitness voltage.
An example is the effective clock for frequency.
So what FIT does in reality cannot be replaced by any static settings. It’s not the same by any means.
