If he wants to find the fitness voltage for static OC, PBO enabled all else defaulted, run Prime95 small fft unchecked. Let the temps stabilize and witness the v-core at that time. That is the fitness voltage.
Still what you see under P95 or any other 100% load is not constant voltage or frequency. It fluctuates at least x50/sec to unknown values and no software can catch that.
An example is the effective clock for frequency.

So what FIT does in reality cannot be replaced by any static settings. It’s not the same by any means.

I don't know, I just read stuff and pass it on. If "Thestilt" says that's how to find the fitness voltage, then that's how it's done. There's a really long thread at OCN about the subject, I'm not here to argue semantics really.

occt and aida 64 only cpu under 70 c with fpu and cache it get's above 70 c in aida 64, prime95 blend is under 70 c , in-plade large fft and small fft it's over 70 c co at -30, max cpu boost overdrive is + 25 or 75 mhz, had cpu llc at 1, vcore no more than 1.182

This thread can be considered closed, since i now have reasonable temps and it boost up to 4.600 mhz ish on all cores
