The "EOF" part... that's the key part imo.

That means "end of file", like some file has NO "trailer record" (another name for it really) & it is trying to find some data in said file, & it is NOT there & the program's going 'bonkers' because of it. Program read routines NEED a trailer record/EOF marker, so they know when they've hit the end of the file, to stop reading, & close the file properly.

Maybe some file on their server is corrupt, & has NOTHING to do w/ your setup locally, & I say this, because of the IP data noted @ the end of your outputs.

Can others you know access their servers from your area, & no mishaps? That is the 'clue' imo, for you, in determining if it is LOCAL TO YOUR MACHINE, or a problem on their servers...

What Alec said, its looking for a data entry beyond the end of the file. Only suggestion is an uninstall/reinstall.
