There is no question that harddrive docks are becoming increasingly more popular in the digital age. They offer faster installation time as well as competitive performance to the more common standard enclosure. Today will we see just how well Vantec's offering stacks up to the competition with a simple style, reliable performance, and ease of use.

I've had one of these for quite a few months now, they are great value.

I only wish the cover on the top was complete instead of having a 2.5" always open. Other than that there's not much more you can ask.

"Beautiful" my ass it looks like toaster and so big yes make it big more buyers...in there is just conversion chip and that's it.

I have a BlacX version from ThermalTake, use it all the time. ESata and USB work great. Last used it to setup my HP laptop new drive. They are really worth the investment if you need a way to swap drives.

I have hard disk enclosures, too, but, it is a pain to try to swap with them. Easier with one drive dock and five plus drives.

Black and some other colors would be nice, but the white looks ok.

@LiNKiN> Nice Review...:)
