vBios for Sapphire R9 280X Tri Oc 3GB?

Hi. I am having black screen and flickering issues with my R9 280x Tri Oc 3GB. I made some search about that and decided to flash it. But i can't find right vBios for my GPU. There is vBios for Toxic version but i couldn't find for mine. And i made search about that and i saw they have different vrams so i can't use Toxic vBios for my gpu. How can i get right vBios for my gpu? There is a way to find it? I don't have warranty so i can't RMA it. Sorry for my English by the way.

still 5 years old psu.
test your card with newer/better quality psu.
i'd put my bet on your psu is the source of your troubles. could be something else but i'd start with checking psu.
