The Dell M2200 uses the exact same chip but the device I.D. of the Vbios is different.
If you try that it is at your own risk as it will have to be force flashed and may not meet the requirements set in HP's hardware whitelist.

yes, it is obviously. Unfortunately on 8570W vbios hp still not work, so must stay with m1000m...
