If i buy a Sata 3 VelociRaptor 300Gb can i raid it with my VelociRaptor Sata 2 one they will both be running on Sata 2 ports :confused:

Sure, though it is not recommended to run RAID using non identical disks. Though if the interface is everything they've changed it won't matter.

Umm its just i cant find any 2nd hand one in AU and the sata 3 one dont cost that much.


What about the Cache ones 16 when the other 32 o_O

It will still work, but one drive in the raid array will be a little bit faster.
