If you've had all those cards (and their respective drivers) on the same system over time, you may want to consider a completely wipe of the system to remove any extraneous crap.
If that is not doable, you may want try to remove all traces of drivers from the system and registry and then load only the version you want.

1-Pciex slot area is clean because when i setup 8500 gt on mb after 4850 i had not any problem with vga and vga worked fine but after 2 week i had this problem
2-Not related to drivers because i cant enable vga in device manager then run windows!

i think this problem related to hardware
is not it?

Probably you have problems with your drivers. Try it with a clean operating system. But.....also it's posible to have problems with your MOBO or power supply. Try your graphic cards to another computer. If are ok, then the problem is different.

Hello everyone! well i am new to this site but surely will get get the the help that i am looking for....I have an intel core i7 860 2.8GHz processor, Dp 55Wg motherboard, 2GB of RAM, NVidia geforce9600gt 1024 MB 256 bits Graphics Card, 500GB HDD and a 18 inches samsung LCD. I have the graphics driver installed and a GPU meter as a windows gadget installed aswell but the meter never shows any reading in the following:

{{{GPU clock: 600MHz
shows Usage: 0% everytime even when i play any game

Memory clock: 702MHz
Used Free Total
0.000B 1024MB 1024MB
Usage: 0% (same as above)

Fan Speed: 0rpm
Usage: 43% (value rises when i play any game)

Shader Clock: 1500MHz
PCB Temp: 0°C
PCI Express:x16}}}
What i really want to ask is that what is the matter with GPU that it never changes its reading but plays the games and gradually the fan usage increases only...
Waiting your reply.
Hope my request would considered.
Thanks!

Seems to be a problem with the GPU meter. Try using GPU-Z to monitor your GPU usage while gaming. GPU-Z Download
