Video Card so much Foment

I have PC system: M/B: ASUS K8N-VM; CPU: ATHLOM 64 3000+; RAM: 1 Gb.
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS manufacturer "Biostar", who are so much Foment (cca 69 C).How I that refrigerate my video card?

from what i understand your card is too hot? is it passive (fanless) card or does it have a fan ? if its passive thats not a bad temerature for that card tbh, unless you were getting into the 80-90C i wouldnt be worried, you probably wont be able to stress that card too much as its not that powerful. when it gets to 69c are you playing games, watching dvd's or just on the internet. you could always try atitool,rivatuner or somthing similar to crank up the fan when you need to. or if you know what your doing flash the bios ? but i wouldnt bother with a card like the 8400gs like i said your never going to tax that card

I agree with Muller.

As all the Biostar 8400gs's on Newegg are passively cooled, that's a good temp.

If it gets 80-100C+ on load, then there's something wrong. But overall that's a great temp for a passively cooled card, so there's no worries.
