(Numerical then Alphabetical. No asterisk denotes I already own it for PC and could also be installed. Asterisk denotes I already own it on 360 and will be buying for PC. Double asterisk denotes game borrowed/rented/played before/haven't played and will be buying for both 360/PC. Triple denotes I'll just be buying it for PC only. All new PC titles will remained shrinkwrapped until I put the tower together. Any suggestions why some of the older games don't run very well on Vista and I've also read for 7? You don't need that crappy pci soundcard, the motherboards onboard sound is much better and 7.1 unless you really need that midi port

You're forgetting it has a 15-pin port of which I still have my HammerheadFX game controller which I've had for over 15 or so years or whenever it was first marketed.

Singularity is a 'Russian Bioshock' so you might change your mind after you play Bioshock.

you can play the 'prototype' Meat Boy here. Super Meat Boy is so much better.

I made a mistake on a Boy and his Blob that is for Wii.

Battlefield 1943 is easy because it's not coming to PC and it was well made. video review here.

Mark's video reviews on Singularity, Dead Rising 2, Nier, Dead Space, Bioshock, Bioshock 2, Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat and Dante's Inferno.

I've already beaten BioShock 1 for 360. Will also be buying it for PC. Got BioShock 2 for 360 in January for only $11 on 360. Will be buying it for PC but keeping it sealed amongst the other PC counterpart 360 titles. EXTREMELY interested in METRO 2033.

EDIT: I'm still jumping around with the levels for the first three Splinter Cell games. Will be getting the fourth next, Double Agent? THEN Conviction. Yes I'm a stickler for playing game series with a main protagonist in order. Or intended, release or otherwise order.
With CRYSIS? I dunno yet. Not an immediate purchase for me.

how can you not want to play Transformers: War for Cybertron with a credits screen like this? haha it's not licensed to the Michael Bay films and people that don't even like Transformers seem to enjoy it. the developer combined the old and new relatively well like Batman: Arkham Asylum.

Splinter Cell Conviction is easily the best in the series.

I did play the Crysis 2 demo on XBOX Live and thought it was alright. the truth is I am worried Crysis has lost it's identity by removing sandbox so I will probably wait until it's in the bargain bin besides I just picked up a RetroN 3 which is going to keep me busy for a while.

Metro 2033 is a great game, you won't be disappointed. Highly atmospheric. Speaking of which, another fabulously atmospheric (but less well known) game, if you're into horror, is Amnesia: Dark Descent. Great game imho, genuinely scary! (Gets an award in good review here).

Oh and also, check out The Witcher, another under-rated game imo...

give this a quick watch.

you want to play Baldur's Gate but not Dragon Age: Origins?

Baldurs gate/icewind dale are about 1000x better than dragon age.

Dragonage should be called Generic RPG with good graphics-age.

There's some nice features in it, and cool little bits ( love slow mo kills)

But it's fairly lacking the atmosphere department of the story, I had feeling of NEED at all.

Where as in icewind dale and baldurs gate you I found I very quickly became part of the world and wanted to protect it.

Dragonage just felt like go here do x to me : [

the power of Boo compels you!
the power of Boo compels you!

by the way I think there is a mod called Easy TuTu that allows you to play Baldur's Gate in the Baldur's Gate 2 engine.

I'd like to run the games on the icewind dale 2 engine.

( uses 3.5 edition rules which makes for a better PC game experiance IMO)

My recommendation: Indigo Prophecy. Oldish game, made in 2005. Average graphics and gameplay, but the story is so incredible. by the end of the game, you feel you've seen an awesome sci-fi movie.

give this a quick watch.

you want to play Baldur's Gate but not Dragon Age: Origins?
It's Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn. From my housemate and I already have it installed. Don't even own any Dragon Age yet so I'll play Baldur's Gate II first. Even considering getting the 4-in-1 Baldur's Gate and the Icewind Dale DVD-ROM collections/compilations

I really want to play The Witcher Enhanced Edition, only if it's unedited. Amnesia am going to hold off on a bit. Not very interested with Mass Effect.

Need to get to sleep since it's 6:33am here and thanks for the suggestions!

EDIT: I have Indigo Prophecy already on my PC, haven't played it yet, and would rather have FARENHEIT. More due to it being the uncut/unedited version. Pffffffffffft, that's not old at all. I have games from as far back as 1986. Well some more for I own this and others can't even be played. Yes I have quite a game collection but even more so with movies.

I'd like to run the games on the icewind dale 2 engine.

( uses 3.5 edition rules which makes for a better PC game experiance IMO)

There's an Icewind Dale custom campaign for NWN, although last I played it was only for the first "chapter" only.

Aye I saw that too about 2 years ago, I wonder if they added more because I enjoyed the little bit I could play.

Looks like I'm off to go buy neverwinter nights from work!

You don't need that crappy pci soundcard, the motherboards onboard sound is much better and 7.1 unless you really need that midi port

I have to disagree.. No onboard sound can hope to compete with SB XFI sound card which has an I/O bay..onboard sound is pretty damn good too and most dont have a real need for anything more but to say it is better is :wtf:..

Sometimes you need a soundcard that has an I/O bay too .. OK.. I can hear it now.. I said MIDI.. That you did, but I have never used my 2 mini-midi ports.. I do however use the 1/4" headphone jack and the 1/4" phono for instruments such as a mic or guitar... PC w/XFI +Guitar Rig=Heaven

The Saboteur is alright. I would play Conviction, Red Dead Redemption, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Dead Space and Dead Space 2 before it :)

don't buy the PC version of Dead Space it has input problems unless you want to connect your 360 controller. Dead Space 2 doesn't have this problem. you will probably want to use a controller for Bionic Commando: Re-armed and Super Meat Boy.

Tip: use Metacritic.

It's for the HammerheadFX 15-pin game controller.

No, I'd play Double Agent first instead of Conviction because I'm going to be playing Splinter Cell 1-3 and also Double Agent before it. It's like playing the twelfth game in a protagonists series for someone who's only played the first three. Yes Splinter Cell is a series I'm playing by release order. Why should I skip Double Agent and go directly to Conviction? Doesn't make any damned sense.:wtf:
Shouldn't I be playing the first Assassin's Creed game before directly playing the third one? The Saboteur is already a low price. Yes I do want to play Red Dead Redemption but it's still too expensive.
SERIES order is far more important to me compared to just playing them in random order. Exception to that rule is SILENT HILL 3 since it's readily available on PC.
Proud to be a Discphile.:rockout:

EDIT: I don't really care about MetaCritic. According to them I should buy ALL the shitty Halo games in existance and not follow my own gaming preferences!
