Is there anything I can do to reduce the fan noise on this card. I like the card it works great, but it can be a bit loud. Is there any silencers out there or something like that? I'm new to all this stuff and I need some help hehe. Anything would be great thanks!

I downloaded that, and wasn't really sure how to work everything hehe. I didn't see any fan control settings. The problem I have with the fan noise is I don't hear it when I'm playing my games because the sound of the game overrides it. But when I am surfing the web late at night with no other sounds going it can get annoying. What I want to try and do is tone the fan down when I'm websurfing, and not really doing anything where the card has to work hard. Then return it back to default when I want to play my games, watch movies, etc. Does anyone know an easy way to do this? Thanks

I re-wire a 3 pin fan power line, (replace 12v to 5V to the power out),
even the fan is using 2 line connecter, I still can connection it to that 3 fan power line.

now the noise is less than the rest of computer's Fans , so I think it is OK.

the temp is too high, room temp : 22C, idle temp 50C , 99% load : 68C
room temp : 10C, idle temp 40C,

when I compare the temp in full speed and 5V speed, the different is less than 4~5C.

or you can try the 7V way (12V-5V = 7V)
