Do I need to install the 32 and 64-bit redistributables of Visual C++ 2008? I am running a 64-bit OS.

Just x64. Most likely the x86 version would error/halt install if you tried.

Dont you have to install both? :s The 32bit for the 32bit stuff, and the 64bit for the 64bit stuff?

x64 should include everything required by x86. It is the installer that matters, not necessarily the files included.
