Vsync on vs Vsync off

that only happens when triple buffering is disabled. leave it on and you get any FPS number.

Ever since 1999 I just turn that triple buffering option on for no reason and seeing that my bench on madonion's 3dmark99 framerates where higher with vsync on.. only now it just made sense lol.
