want new mobo

i'm looking to get a new mob, but i want several things out of it:
1) LGA 775 with compatibility for Conroe's, preferably the ability to run 1333 fsb(there are a few i've seen), but 1066 is fine if that's all that turns up.
2) CROSSFIRE!!!
3) the ability to run 8GB of ram (preferably), but i will settle for 4GB...
4) decent oc'ing board...
5) NOT made by DFI. :rolleyes:

i was looking at the DFI LANParty UT ICFX3200-T2R/G, but i read the dfi-street thread and decided against it for sure.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

please provide links, i dont care what site, i just want a link.

well, it runs crossfire, its abit (i love abit)....
the only peeves i have with it are:
1) only 1 ide connector? wtf?
and
2) it has an 8 pin connector, my psu only has a 4 pin...

the board should run fine with just your regular 4pin plugged in it.

it needs power.... so i'll need to connect power to my hdd AND the converter? no thanks.
think i'll get this instead.
besides, my dad's gonna be buildin himself a workstation soon, so the faster i upgrade my system, the more parts he'll have. he gets all my hand-me-down parts... :laugh:

I was going to try another Abit. I love the overclocking from windows. Right now I have a Asus P5W DH deluxe and LOVE IT! It overclocks like mad. I also have the Intel D975XBX2 and I love that as well but I'm having issues with the voltage being locked. No overclocking with my p4ht 550 =( but I don't think this board was designed with that chip in mind.
