The company I'm working for, Domotz, is looking for some beta testers for our brand new, shiny Home Network Assistant. It's a piece of software that for the time being will run on a Raspberry Pi, or a NAS from Netgear, QNAP or Synology. You'll also need an Android or iOS device for the companion app.

The software allows you to monitor the device on your network and get notifications when a device goes offline and comes back online. You'll also be able to remote connect to devices on your network that has a web UI. It's also possible to control IP based power switches, with more features planned, such as speed tests and route analysis.

If you're interested in joining the beta and have the above mentioned hardware, please have a look here - http://www.domotz.com/beta-test-our-home-network-assistant/ - for more details.
